I'm sorry to be so silent, but I wanted to let you know content is coming.
I am getting so close to saving enough money for a house! Things are in much better shape at work, so I can arrange uninterrupted film days.
I placed a bid on a HUGE DIY home that was a great deal and likely a $100k project. Of course, I had zero dollars to do the repairs, but I knew the home was worth $800k+ for the area. During my tour, an investor showed up and told me that he was going to get that home and that I was welcome to buy it from him after he flipped it. Smug little rat. I over-offered with a personal letter. Sadly but not surprisingly, I did not get the home. They had 24 total offers on this property! I wasn't even close.
I flew to Cleveland to become an established patient at the Cleveland Clinic. I love that city! My health is good but needs tweaking at the moment.
I came home to my cat peeing all over the living room. I've never dealt with a cat refusing to use their litter box all of a sudden. So I'll be figuring out if it's a health issue or protest behavior. It's really important that you fully clean the area and fix the problem fast or the cat will start a bad pattern.
I received notice that I'm considered "inactive" with my TikTok Agency. I don't hate the agency; but, now that I'm at 1k followers to go live whenever I'm not quite sure if I'll continue. TikTok might be gone anyway. And the platform takes way too much from the creator.
Content is coming! Some of it is filmed and just needs to be edited. I have made contact with people who want to do collab content with me, so I've been trying to get that going sooner rather than later.

i try for all kinds of home, but there's a huge home shortage in Dallas when it comes to "affordable" homes. so i try all ways that could feasibly work even if it's a big, long, hard project. =]
