They backlash at Patreon was savage and mean. It was so much so that they have just announced that the fee changes WILL NOT HAPPEN. More info Here

Some of my supporters left due to this week of uncertainty, and I do not fault them. It is thanks to them that we got this outcome. A whole bunch of you are still here and did not flinch. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being patient and believing in my work and helping me get by.
As always I am fully committed to providing quality RPG content that becomes better and better each time :D
IMPORTANT - I had some changes planned for this patreon account, for the moment I will not make any changes. The current model works for me and it is very flexible to you. Remember that regardless of your pledge level, you can always adjust the number of posts you back per month. That does not remove access to any content.
In the near future, I will create an alternative way for people to support my work (in case people are tired or sick of patreon anyway) But for the moment, no changes.

Thanks a lot for the nice comments Bruce. I don't blame any artist for trying to charge as much as they believe their art is worth, regardless of their success. Of course I'd love to make a ton more with what I do. But I figured a long time ago that for the moment being, my current pricing works. It actually does not depend on me but on you. I have 1 dollar, 5 dollar and even 10 dollar per map patrons. And I am grateful for them all. My job is to churn out the more art I can and I'm really happy there's people like you supporting my stuff.

2017-12-14 03:02:44 +0000 UTCThat's awesome! FYI, you are one of the few artists so far that actually do great work and don't try and charge a large amount for your products. There was one artist I knew on FB in particular that would be producing rpg stuff like you do (I think a different art style though) and the minimum he was charging for content was $5 to get any of his maps. I mentioned to him he should think about lowering his prices some to be more in line with some of the other artists on here. He sarcastically responded with. "You're right, I'll get right on that and lower my prices". I have seen his art and even if he did lower them to $1 for content like you I am not sure I would get any of his stuff. It was good but not anything really new.
