It's been a long time since my last writing, so you probably forgot the story. hahaha....( ＾ ＾；)
The world of this manga corresponds to around 1960, when compared to the earth.
About 20 years ago there was a world war, but because their country was a victorious country, there has been no major change in the country, and old systems such as nobles remain.
However, democratization has gradually diminished the existence of nobles, and wealthy nobles have been forced to change to complex enterprises and so on.
