I kept it kind of ambiguous but more or less she's stuffed from food or maybe this is some kind of Vegapunk science! Included are 4 alternative versions for you as well! First is a heavily pregnant alt, second is a torn body suit alt, third is an implied vore alt and fourth is a larger belly alt.
I'll be working on the next set of WIPs and should have them later tonight or early tomorrow morning.
