A couple of people have asked how these work..
My shells have the ports underneath the shell, in the crease just below my butt..
Expanders come in two types, with ports inbuilt, or remote.. Mine are the latter, they are attached to the shell with tubing and not an actual part of the implant itself..
A clip of one of my butt expanders being filled.. One side of my butt needs surgery again, which we are doing next week..
