Crane, tree...
Added 2024-01-09 18:38:48 +0000 UTCVery great time in the river. Air temp below 5. Fresh for sure. I did some gardening before so I was feeling nice and warm beforehand.
I stayed 7 minutes in the water, immersing, walking, doing some poses inspired by Qigong and yoga .. fun times!
The hand gesture is an interpretation of the image of the crane... And you can see a very red leg doing tree!
