Added 2023-12-15 13:04:09 +0000 UTCCold and joy. So glad to feel some sun on the skin while immersing on very chilly water. These days I'm in the water aprox 5 minutes, sometimes a bit more, depending. Some days I go in 2-3 times in a row, and it's incredible the difference in acclimatisation.
I'm waiting for some neoprene gloves and shoes to arrive soon; I'll let you know!

With gloves and boots you will look just like a Scandinavian! There is nothing to match swimming naked in natural water ❤️
