Urbanize 12-23 (public access)

The urbanizations in this version were simpler due to the many problems I had with electricity this week (4 days without power during the week I work on the mod, the UPS broke down, more storms, etc.), but fortunately I managed to create it in time.
- Las Colinas (LS)
- Idlewood (LS) gas station
- El Quebrados gas station
- Las Payasadas
- Bayside
- Donuts store at LS
- Donuts store at Fort Carson
- Trailer restaurant at SF
- 600 new air conditioning objects on the walls of Los Santos.
Improvements:
- Now the police created by the mod also react to the wanted level.
- Improved gang selection in some areas.
Download of 12-23 version. Date 01.01.24 (DD.MM.YY) for beta supporters and 01.02.24 for public. Possible bug fixes will be updated in the same download url.
