Ghost 2 Update

I decided to temporarily disable the starting weapon pistol. It just doesn't fit that well in the current gameplay loop. Players can still buy weapons from the workshop to start the game with a weapon, just not the useless pistol that barely does much damage.

New special role: Peacekeeper. The player with this role will have the responsibility to keep other investigators alive. The more investigators survived, the more bonus rewards they will receive. 

We are bringing in the new semi-auto shotgun. The Peacekeeper will be granted this weapon on spawning into the game. When the peacekeeper is eliminated, this gun will be available to pick up for all other non-ghost players.

In order to encourage players to aim as in real life, the aim assist reticle will fade away when the gun is not appropriately held at an aiming position.

I've re-coded some of the AI functions so the monster enemies are no longer grouped as packs, there should be fewer monster encounters so that players can focus on doing the objective tasks and fighting each other. The new economic system is also rewarding players passively by time based on the running facility count.
