This one is part of the YCH Comms I held months ago. I'm really happy on how this one turned out and extra glad I'm able to make fanart of Noel. π He is such a great character and I really loved his inclusion in the 13 series! Making this really brought me back to the days I was simping over him while playing 13 in my ps3 haha π€£
