Vivi from Braindead 13, swollen and near bursting from a blood binge :p
This was the first of the characters that I selected because she was ABSOLUTELY obscure. I only knew who the character was because I had seen a playthrough of Braindead 13 from randomly watching suggested videos on youtube after watching through Dragon's lair. This is definitely the kind of obscure character I was looking for XD.
So here ya go, a vampire waifu from a somewhat forgotten game~
