2024-12-15 00:19:53 +0000 UTCAt this point, the killer could be someone that we haven't seen before and I wouldn't be surprised hahaha!!! π But whoever the killer is, they must know that whatever they are doing, it would implicate Dr. Kan... Just like what the Captain said, only Dr. Kan handles all the terminally ill patients in the area. So with that logic, I don't think it's Nurse Orn beacuse why would she risk exposure to what they are doing? And I really think she sincerely cares about Dr. Kan so she wouldn't implicate him. I also changed my mind a little bit about Boss being the killer... He also seemed to sincerely care about Dr. Kan and to the euthanizing that he does to the point of murdering the director... So why risk implicating the doctor by commiting murder again? It doesn't add up unless he has some other motives. So yeah at this point, it could be someone we haven't seen yet and I would take that hahaha!!!

2024-12-14 23:36:00 +0000 UTCThatβs because it wasnβt until the murders that the Coroner started performing an autopsy on all of Dr. Kanβs patients. So because they were terminally ill, there was no reason to perform one since it was assumed they died from their illnesses. But now sheβs hell-bent in performing one for each patient that dies, so it could definitely be her trying to pin it on him.

2024-12-14 22:02:45 +0000 UTCI'm a little confused, before these murders Dr Kan patients autopsy came back as them dying from their terminal illnesses so if he was really euthanizing them what is he using that cannot be detected in an autopsy. The murderer is leaving behind so much evidence ie needle marks. I said it before I really think it's the Coroner. Like you said she seems too excited and she is always inserting herself at the moments when it's something to do with Dr Kan. That figure that just killed that lady looked very tiny compared to Dr Kan tall frame.
