2016-02-03 19:37:50 +0000 UTCThis is missing a Section 15 entry or any actual pointer to the OGL, so I don't think the Open Gaming Content declaration is valid. Aside from the legal issues, this also means nobody else can actually use this under the OGL, since there's no Section 15 to include.
