Diary. Many years ago I read a book on clinical psychology and psychiatry. I was particularly interested in neuroses, but I also liked the information on schizophrenia. The analysis of the self-identity of patients with schizophrenia seemed very interesting to me. The author said that their self-identity does not reflect reality and includes many external concepts and objects. I call this psychic expansion, which is also characteristic of neuroses, but not in such a strong manifestation. The neurotized psyche is very vulnerable, because it is, as a mental system, focused on external objects as a part of itself. And naturally, such a psyche cannot relax. It is difficult to relax when, for example, there are many splinters in your hand. In addition, tension is a rejection reaction of the psyche of alien, unnatural algorithms. Of course, if there is at least one expansive algorithm, you can forget about integrity. .... The Divine is the quality of the psyche. ... Yesterday I felt an interesting fact. (I cannot describe the psyche (mental structure) through material forms, so what I am writing now is rather an associative figurative method that describes the logical essence.) I felt that the fact of the separation of the psyche at all its levels is the psychic "skin". If the skin of the physical body is violated for a long time, then the person will die from blood loss, from the bacteria and viruses. But no one thinks now that if the mental "skin" is destroyed, then consciousness can also die. And mental viruses, algorithms can be very dangerous. Of course, the fact of the separation of the Self, the fact of the separation of the psyche is an algorithm, but it performs an integrating, isolating and protective function, the function of maintaining internal mental homeostasis. And I also felt that this fact is a psychic reflector. The vital psychic force does not pour out beyond the limits as in the expansive psyche, but returns to me and begins to accumulate.
