This recording is of my regular class in Boston on Wednesday. It was snowing outside, and I kept the heat lower in the beginning as an exercise before I kicked it into full gear for the rest of class, so we were nice and toasty. We started this class a bit unconventionally, so I'm curious to hear what you think.
