45 Min Vinyasa Yoga | Full Body Yoga Flow for Strength & Flexibility
This yoga video is a 45-minute vinyasa yoga class for strong beginners & intermediate students. In this yoga flow practice, we work on total body strength and flexibility. We start in mountain pose, flow through a standing sequence, and practice our seated and supine poses & stretches. We end with a few minutes of Savasana (with soft background music) and close the practice together.
