Happy Thursday patrons! Excited to share my newest video today. I haven't posted a 45-minute video in a long time. Hope you enjoy this one. :)
This is a 45-minute total body yin yoga practice for flexibility, relaxation, and stress relief. We do deep stretches for the entire body and the poses may be done with or without a bolster. Options and modifications are provided so you can choose the intensity that's right for you. There is soft background music throughout class.
Here's a breakdown of the yin yoga sequence:
- Butterfly Pose
- Shoelace Pose (or Half Shoelace)
- Deer Pose (with Twist)
- Half Saddle Pose
- Child's Pose
- Sphinx Pose
- Bananasana (Side Stretch)
- Savasana
