15 Min Evening Yoga to Unwind & Relax ๐น Gentle Bedtime Yoga Practice
This is a gentle evening yoga practice to help you wind down and relax. For 15 minutes, we do gentle movements and stretches to de-stress and get ready for sleep. All poses are done seated and supine. We end with 2 minutes or so of open-ended Savasana (stay as long as you like) with soft background music.
