2022-04-10 16:13:21 +0000 UTCHe showed up in the last panel of 'Meanwhile...' - Ravn and Black Tiger are setting him up to become a pawn of Mortis. So it's a safe bet he and probably Superstar show up in the next Mortis comic. Mainly because Mortis has been super-careful not to grab Blue Bolt, Redshift or Superstar at the beginning because they're the second-most powerful heroes in the 'Ebonverse'. So they can pose a real and immanent threat to him.
