2024-07-16 13:29:42 +0000 UTCI find it funny that Aegon likes to look to a lot of Greek and Roman cultures for his future, hell he even named his kids in Greek names. But I feel Aegon more closely resembles Odin from Norse culture with his want to learn all about magic. Now he has lost his eye and looks like Odin. At this point he is going to gain the title of All Father for founding Elamaerys, now they will view his family as a holy family with his people most likely viewing Gael as the All Mother. I think once he trains his new ability of All Sight it will give him the ability to see thru illusions but also to see visions and prophecy’s with clarity not like how Helaena sees the vision but doesn’t understand it clearly. Will Aegon ever learn about the runes of the Royces?? Or will he create his own runes for his magic?? Can you imagine if he adds runes to his body to increase strength speed and power. Or he can add it to his weapons to add abilities to it such as fire ice or lightning. When he returns to Westeros will he meet Alys Rivers? If he does I don’t think he will suffer the same visions that Daemon is going through right now in the show, given his ability to see magic and souls now. Will Gael and his kids start to learn and expand their magical powers?? If Viserys learns off Aegons powers and magic I think he will even feel more jealous since he has always fantasize about the Valyrian history, culture, magic, and prophecy. I also wonder how the Hightowers will react to this considering how devout they are to the 7. I can see the faith condemning this branch of theirs and maybe another faith militant rise to fight Aegon’s sect of the faith. Man I’m soooo excited and can’t wait!

By that I specifically mean the title of Allfather since Aegon can be considered the father of the Elamaerys civilization, the father of Liberty and the quite possibly the father of modern magic.

That it comes from within the soul, and can be expressed on how we interpret it to express like that of blood magic. Tho the degree of effects depended sorely on the amount of spirituality from ourself accompanied by whatever ritual, and sacrificed that either amplify such spirituality or steal it from others. That leads to my question, did Aegon have to sacrifice something to heal his wound so fast, or more likely Misaragorn did to heal Aegon’s wound? I think u hinted at it with how Aegon feels that he is missing something, and in sacrificing that something Aegon gained the ability to see a person soul, or spirituality. Also man, Viserys is rlly blind. He’s creating factions within his reign yet here he is worrying about Aegon deeds and how it affects Viserys. Dude should clean his house first before thinking about what to do about others lmao. Also Aegon bonding with Dreamfyre, and Jaehaerys bonding with a hatchling is worrisome, and the blue hatchling is it Tessarion? The hatchling that is bonded with Daeron in canon. And Aemond is once again fated to be dragonless till he grows a bit more. Last fun fact Viserys did not have a master of whisper in canon. Tho Aegon existence likely changed that since he needed someone to keep an eye on his brother

The stuff he saw is heavily linked to the system and the physicsl world though. Yes, Aegon will have to reap what he sowed. The only thing he can reasonably do is leave it at a good place. Re Daemon and Viserys - butterflies are being trampled upon. It'll be fun to write up where it all leads to.

It started out as a way to protect his family from religious backlash given how anathema the Targs are but in the end, with all his stumbles and bullshit, he's made his family basically a holy family!!!

I have to say I am very curious to learning how the magic in ASOIAF universe works in your story, I'm quite certain that it cannot all be based on sacrifices but I am curious to learn how it actually works. It also looks like Aegon is doomed to be worshiped/venerated as a god or messenger of god by his people and has no choice but to play the role despite his personal preference. It also looks like Viserys and Daemon might be the ones who will deal with Myr instead of Aegon, though I do hope that Aegon will return in time to deal the death blow to Myr. Also hopefully, Aegon will discover a way to completely counter the Faceless Men, making their magic completely worthless against the Targaryen thus removing the shield Bravoss seem to always have.
