Part of that is because Chapter 243 is longer than usual (about 40% bigger than the average length), but mostly because the next couple chapters have been the hardest for me to write in the entire series, requiring extensive planning and additional editing time spent on each individual line. When you see the end of this chapter, you might get an inkling of why.
