Thank you so much. It is a major pain in the ass. 0/10, would like a refund from the experience, would not recommend. I'm proud of you for being alive as well. It's not easy, and some days it takes all I have and more.

Be kind to yourself as you are doing all that you can during these times, even if it’s just the basic necessities. I at times feel like I’m numb at times and am just running on autopilot on doing my duties until times are better. All will be well in due time.
