Hello Everyone, Corintio here!
This is an intermediary patch just to give you a taste of what we've been working on. The game is performing better than before, and we've improved some cutscenes in the starting dungeon, and this patch also contains the first iteration of the openworld.
Please note that the quests aren't ready yet, and neither are the NPCs. Still, there was a massive effort on our side to bring this to you today because, as some of you may have noticed, Unreal 5 has some performance issues, and working with it to make a game run well is a big challenge. Still, I hope we’ve managed to pull off something that you can run and, hopefully, better than version 0.24.
Again, there are no quests in this level yet, apart from a few bits and pieces that we kept because we were already working on them in parallel while the level designers and programmers prepared the optimisations for you.

Fixed a logic issue that prevented players from triggering a scene with Ilreth in the Garden of Delights.
Changed Michael’s hair and glasses to prevent clipping during the Dungeon cutscene.
Updated and optimised materials causing visual and performance issues.
Added HLOD (Hierarchical Level of Detail) optimisations for open-world and interiors, improving performance and reducing load times.
Integrated Archie's new soundtracks to enrich the game’s atmosphere in some cutscenes at the Dungeon.
Integrated new UI elements in the Toyssystem, and although the basic functionalities are working, the visuals still require polishment, new icons, character portraits, animations and other adjustments that we'll be working on for the next patch.
The first version of the prologue world. For now, we’re calling it a "debug level" because the visuals aren’t finished, and the system to load NPCs using world composition isn’t set up yet. This means NPCs might fall through the floor, and you could see other visual glitches. The main goal is to check if we’re heading in the right direction performance-wise.
Some visual glitches may persist in less optimised areas of the open world. Further HLOD passes are planned in future updates.
Animations for certain NPCs and interactions will require adjustments in upcoming patches.
The black music in Amara's cutscene is repeating, we'll address that later.
There are no enemies in the open world yet because we’re still working on the systems needed to properly load them when the player enters the region.

[OLD] Itch - Version 0.26: Link your account HERE, and download the game HERE. I'll be out of town this week, so I'm keeping the previous version online in case we have issues so the game isn't unplayable until I return.
If you have any issues linking your account to itch, feel free to message us to we can send you a mirror to download the patch. But I would recommend downloading it through itch because we are already gathering a list of improvements and there will be a new patch next week to fix some issues that were left and also to add new content.
