The Launcher to switch to Directx11 and Vulkan is back!

If you played the oldest versions of the game, you might remember that launcher you could use to switch the game to directx11 and also Vulkan. I just pushed an update reading it.
Edit: I just tested and noticed that the arena floor is missing in Vulkan. On my side, the performance in Vulkan is pretty bad too. But it might be because of my OS\Videocard. So I don't recommend using Vulkan. Directx11 seems to work fine.

Last I had checked there were sime missing textures in Vulkan but otherwise the game was playable. Will have to check with this build.
