Sneaky releasing version 0.10.3 preview

Hello patrons!

I'm releasing version 0.10.3 this week, again without the complete change-log yet because we run into some trouble during the day. I basically had to program a new "character tag system" this afternoon in order to make sure that the profession quest-lines would work properly and that consumed more than the 4 hours I initially planned =P

Anyway, now it is turning morning in Brazil and I can't take all the nice screenshots I like to take when I'm posting a change-log, and there is another problem for me to solve tomorrow and release the patch as an actual "version 0.10.3": For some reason, the day\night cycle of the Bouchard and the patrons of the inn is not working as intended. They still have their working time and they still have their sleep\roaming moments. But it's happening on a time of the day that it shouldn't. The inn was supposed to open at 6 pm and stay up until 9am. So after I wake up I'll have a look at this and re-upload the patch, together with the complete changelog =)

I didn't want to delay the patch because this release will also go for the neonate-tier patrons!
