Talking with lung, the other animator, he had some nice ideas about what we could do to improve the erotic encounter between Kalyskah and the guards. I'm adding today +9 conversations between Kalyskah and some NPCs around town to give you a better feeling about the world, those conversations are not voiced yet but they can provide you at least some level of immersion on what the town is about. The voiced dialogue we have is the one between Kalyskah and the Bouchards (Innkeepers) and we were planning to add it this month. The problem is that the next demo release is scheduled for somewhere between day 26 and 27 so we have a choice to make and we would appreciate your help:
- Put all the effort of the last week of the month on improving the erotic scenes between Kalyskah and the guards, using Iung's ideas to add choices to both the straight and the lesbian branch that will change the way Kalyskah behaves, but not working on the innkeeper's dialogue yet (We will add the voice on some sentences, but no camera and animations for them yet).
- Leave the erotic scenes between Kaly and the guards on a satisfactory level and then work on the voiced dialogue between Kalyskah and the innkeepers.
The courtesan questline depends on this dialogue between Kalyskah and the innkeepers. Unfortunately, we won't be able to make it a cutscene yet because the whole problem I had with suddenly needing to move from my old place slowed down the schedule. On the bright side, it forced me to rely much of the job that was above my shoulders to the other members of the team, and in the long run, this caused the other people to become less dependent on me to put everything together inside the engine. So this means that from now on, we will have three people that used to work only on things like google docs, blender and discord putting their hands on the actual game engine and pushing their work without my direct help!
