If an account got banned, we have to manually unban them but we cannot just re-add them to the server, you have to do that. Imagine if any server could just add you without consent, you'd be added to spam servers all the time. If we don't get around unbanning - we don't expect users to regain control - you can bypass this issue yourself by creating a new Discord account. If the Discord integration itself is an issue, Patreon has extensive guides for that and I even made one myself which is essentially the same thing, except easier to digest. Again, I cannot just manually add and inviting does not work, because then it's bypassing the very system that is designed so I don't need to keep track of 20k Discord accounts myself. I'd need to keep note and remove access if the subscription ends which I don't get notified for and so on. Why I'm so inactive on Patreon: I depend on users finding their way on the Discord and helping each other, as I cannot manually support for thousands of users. The more I post here, the more users refuse to manage the Discord integration and request personal support and the files via Patreon's DMs, the very worst message system I have ever seen. Can't post pictures, multiple messages appear as multiple users with the same name posting. That's why my actions contradict what I wrote earlier about future files only being posted here. That said, I promise to be better. There's a website in the works with a guide system, I'm building a team that makes all that easier and will lessen the need for Discord and all the surrounding stuff. All user issues here can be explained and/or solved with a bit of common sense.

okay so it says currently its in the beta-tier. It reads that after I pledge on Patreon I should have access to the #beta-access channel. I'm on the server. I did pledge in the correct tier. But can't find the channel.

As some people still seem to have trouble, I added an invite link to my checkout page, so after you pledge, you will find a Discord invite there that should work as well. There's no other way of directly messaging after a pledge happened, so I hope this remedies any issues some of you might have.

Well none of the people that actually wrote here went back and removed or edited their comments, as it was the same case for most of them. You are the exception however, as you indeed don't show up on my Discord. But you also only pledge 1$, the RT shader requires 5 right now. I refunded your payment and I'd suggest you pledge again on like the 1st or 2nd of January (Patreon gives you access till the end of the month) and message me again if the problem is still the case, then I wil be able to send you a manual invite.

It's not working for me either. I tried logging out of Discord on every device, then disconnecting Patreon from Discord, then reconnecting and logging back in, still not showing on my servers list. They didn't even send an email with the Discord link, just the donation confirmation. Even on "My membership" there is no link to join Discord. I've never had this issue with other Patreon Discords. Unfortunately I will have to withdraw my support until you remedy this, as I see numerous people with this issue.

Guessing the issue with joining isn't fixed as I just joined off another thing like this and the discord server showed up on my side. Did not for this patreon though although says I'm connected.

Your Discord isn't linked. See the other post how to join the Discord server, it'll either prompt you to enter your credentials or if you have no account, ask you to create one.

I can see you on my server, same as everyone else. You even have your rank. Exactly what I mentioned in the post above, you joined, you are not aware of it for some reason :P Have you logged into Discord and checked your server list?

I can see you on my server, same as everyone else so far. However you cancelled your pledge so you didn't get the ranks - repledge (it won't charge you again) and cancel at the end of the month to fix it.
