It’s super gay (yes the girls are all fucking each other) and they have a separate storyline about a queer black woman fighting to play in the Negro League. It’s…a little boring at times but I think they did a nice job with the adaptation.

2023-04-24 16:48:23 +0000 UTCI always read the sibling dynamic as Dottie couldnt have ambition cause Kit would prolly make a big deal about it and be one of those siblings who is constantly jealous of any achievement Dottie made. It was easier for Dottie to be a housewife and fade out and let Kit have the spotlight. Dottie was dealing with psychological abuse from Kit.
