Uhm, I’m a little bit confused. What happened to chapter 2? There’s the prologue, then comes chapter 1:The one that got away but right after that chapter 3: The hidden crown. What am I missing?

Wow. You perfectly captured that aspect of the human condition: wealth and fame are no balm for loneliness. Plus you evoked the ugly realities of the modeling industry. The result: Lauren still manages to pull on my heartstrings even when she's clearly in the wrong. I love that. Even as I admire Lauren for achieving her success, I feel sorry for what it's clearly cost her. It's amazing, because you've mostly only hinted at that cost (which isn't easy to pull off), and I know you've barely scratched the surface of exploring it. Masterful storytelling. Even though I don't want Lauren to get back with Matt, I feel so sorry for her, and I want her to be okay. In short, I'm heavily invested, and we haven't even gotten to the sexy stuff yet! I can't even imagine how amazing this series is going to be once you start upping the stakes.
