0.7 Status Update #13

This week we've been focused on dialogue and going over a couple of scenes for quality control. Rob kind of sucks at typing sometimes so the characters end up with the wrong name tags from time to time.
A couple of these have ended up in the released versions but were thankfully reported quickly by eagle-eyed players! Often it's a simple fumble like Jenni speaking instead of Player, Bree and Sophie getting mixed up, or simply no name tag at all. Luckily, these are very easy mistakes to fix.
Progress was also made on new scenes and creating new renders. Hardly any render mistakes (so far) aside from minor pokethroughs.
Lately we've been working with a lot of different outfits for the girls. There will be a small feature which we've been planning for some time and plan to implement in this update. It's a gallery/bio with info about your choices, the girls' outfits and more! We've also been designing an in-game render set for one of the main girls.
And while we're on the topic of clothes, what's your favorite outfit in the game?

Mia's swimsuit poll is up! Option #4 with the red swimsuit is a strong favorite across all tiers this time around. Perhaps warmer tones suit her well?

Best Girl 2024
The poll for the best girl of 2024 is also running, and will continue running for a couple of weeks. All in all it's quite balanced. Bree has managed to stay in the lead after being tied with Sophie for a whileβbut will she win for the second year in a row?

As nice as that would be, 0.7 is not ready yet. There will be a percentage in the status header again when we have most of the work done. :)

2024-11-30 20:58:50 +0000 UTCJust realised quick on the new feature you're looking to introduce. The gallery/bio sound sreally interesting and I'm sure that will go down really well ilekth players. Just a suggestion cos I don't know whether it's possible or practical to implement in a future update but if the bio will contain all the choices, I wonder if later down the line, there might be an option to change certain choices. Whilst that might affect the core loop and replayablity, it will give the option of exploring an alternative storyline/branch without restarting the whole game. Just a suggestion I wanted to plant the seed for π Fantastic work you guys, even you Rob. We're all only human after all π Have a fantastic weekend

Personally, I think the next time it happens you should make him stand in the naughty corner and think about what he's done π Meanwhile, all sounds good. Really curious about what β of a render might look like. In my mind, she'll be missing both hands, her left breast and half a ponytail π€·πΎββοΈπ Meanwhile, all sounds very interesting. I do like your artistic view that perhaps the the poll reflects that Mia looks better in warmer tones. Remembering the colour of the bathing suits they wore in Baywatch back in the day, it seems that Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra and Yasmin Bleeth also appeared to suit warmer tones π

Especially in stressful phases it can happen. Cheer up, you rarely make the same mistake twice π It's great that things are progressing steadily. Do you have a roadmap for the update or are you just going with your gut feeling? Outfits? Actually all the ones Sophie wears π€£. No, I like shorts, tank tops and sneakers. That always looks hot π₯΅ Yes, I've seen that red dominates Mia's Poll swimsuit. I'm not even a fan of red as lingerie or swimwear. But somehow it has become so naturalized in our society: red equals sexy. I don't think it suits her that well, in terms of character. But that's my opinion. Bree has taken the lead? I didn't even pay attention anymore. I love our redhead, but I would have liked to see Sophie win this one. But it is what it is. All the ladies deserved it. I loved them all π₯°! I love their crop tops/tank tops outfits, but if I really had to choose one. I really like Bree's Brooklyn starting outfit and Mia's tank top and short jeans outfit. Also, I hope yours and everybody's Thanksgiving went awesomely (if you celebrated). As always, keep on having an amazing and awesome day and week. And I'll see youβON the next one πβπ»!
