Hahaha they were fairly spoilery for sure in the opening! :P Fortunately I don't usually read too much into the scenes we get in the openings, but I mean, yeah, this one was pretty overt!!! There are plenty others that are much more vague though, like you said!

I can definitely agree that it's one of the best anime/manga - so detailed, character-driven, etc.! Thanks so much for helping me out with next week's reactions, I think I've got most of the big picture but I'm sure there's a ton of things I need help with haha. I will be holding off on filming the last ep of the season until after my second reaction goes up next week, just to make sure I'm 100% up to speed on those two eps! :D

omg.. now that you saw the opening.. omg.. thats one of the worst openings a ever saw wtf are they doing ?? imagine watching it from the beginning.. you wouldnt even need to watch the season lol.. i hate spoilers in opening.. Attack on titans/Demon slayer many more i cant think of.. but there are safe openings.. like One punch man or Mob :)

Great reactionary always!!! No one was ready for this outcome, it completely everyone’s mind. If you watch other people’s reaction to this episode the reactions are all the same, mind completely blown away (especially at the sight of the airship). As you said, the character development as well as the story telling in this show is so thoroughly flushed out, it is only appropriate to call it one of the greatest anime/manga. Can’t wait for next weeks reactions so that we can connect any dots you may have missed in the reactions. “Let this be the end of the bloodshed and death” unfortunately this is only the beginning, can’t wait for you to react to season 4 when it comes out.

Gotcha! I had a feeling it was somewhere in the early 1900s! I just found out yesterday it's only 22 eps!!! :O I was looking on Crunchyroll like, where's 23 and 24??? :P Lol! Can't believe I only have one ep left (just filmed 20 and 21). I think that's a great idea to do a trailer reaction the week I release 22!!!!!!!!!! XD

Me too!!!!!!!!!!!!! Red Swan was really beautiful though, I agree!!! Yes, I noticed that Smith was standing with all the dead characters, did not notice the blending, but that's a huge giveaway for sure! And I noticed Armin waking up right after the Colossal Titan flashed on the screen, WHOA, did not notice the burned face though! That's crazy! So it's basically all right there, dang! They really spoiled it up haha. Good to know the trailer isn't that overt!!!

I will never forget the jokes everyone made at the time about how awkward it would be if they got to the basement and it was just Eren’s dad’s secret porn stash and all these soldiers had fought and died just to find THAT after all of it 😅

It's set in a completely different universe (still earth, just different circumstances). The 840's-850's in Attack on Titan is probably between 1890's and 1940's in our calendar. Also, Episode 20 and 21 will be uploaded next week, then the week after that will be Episode 22. How about you react to the Final Season trailer for your Wednesday upload? 😉

So glad you can finally watch the AWESOME intro. I still like the previous one, Red Swan, the best though. The bigger spoilers in the Opening, and people might have been able to deduce from the images, is Smith slowly blending in with the group of the fallen dead Scouts we have had throughout the series. You can see Nanaba, Miche, Gelgar, Dieter Ness whose horse liked to eat his hair, and others, and it would HEAVILY imply Erwin's death soon after. Then, the is Bertholdt's Titan half skeleton face, and Armin suddenly waking up,, and if you were to stop it at the wrong frame, you'd see Armin's burned face. It all hints at what was gonna happen.
