Biscoff Cookie Baked Oats

*Bonus content*

Many of you were blown away that cookie butter even existed. And once you tasted it, you instantly hated me because it's so delicious!

So let's pile on top of that hatred and add it to some baked oats :)

Also, just a reminder that even though this is called Biscoff cookie baked oats, there are other brands of cookie butter. Walmart actually has their own brand that is just as good and a little cheaper.

As usual, there are some added aesthetics for the picture that are not factored into the calories. In this case it's actually a cookie made by Biscoff. They are really tasty and worth trying if you happen to see them!

*Note* Many members have given feedback that their baked oats tend to overflow when cooking in the microwave. So we played around with a few of the measurements and ended up lowering the total amount of milk used from 1/2 cup to 1/3 cup. It seems to help with any potential overflow. So if you're used to using 1/2 cup of milk from previous recipes, please be mindful of the new measurement in this recipe. Moving forward, the standard will more than likely be 1/3 cup. Hopefully this helps!

Biscoff spread is soooo good! I have an unopened jar in the cabinet just waiting for me to make this!

Thank you!

I used old fashioned and it worked fine. I couldn't tell I was eating oats at all. The texture was great in my vitamix blender. If you have a less powerful blender, quick oats might be a better bet.

OK so dumb question. I have tried oats a few times in my life and didnt like them, you have have convinced me that if i blend them the texture gets better. The silly question is what kind of oats do i use for all these recipes? Quick, 5 minute or steel cut?

I made these for breakfast and oh my goodness-- they are SO good! 10/10 would recommend!

This is so good! Reminds me of zucchini bread without the zucchini.

Ok! I can only get the one I posted in Canada Walmart so will give it a try, is 120 calories per tablespoon about right?

Yes you can use that brand. I personally used the Walmart Creamy Speculoos Cookie Butter.

I’m not entirely sure I am getting the right thing, is it “Lotus Biscoff Spread,” from Walmart?

Could I use only egg whites instead of a whole egg?

If I just used plain Greek yogurt could you give me an idea of how much more sweetener and possible vanilla flavoring to add?

Run, do not walk, and make these NOW. Oh my goodness, this is the best breakfast ever.

I'm trying :)

I love how you’re always working to perfect things and really take everyone’s thoughts into account.

😂😂

This will give me a reason to use Biscoff rather than just eat it out of the jar! 😂 so excited to try this! I've loved Biscoff for yeeeeears!
