Sausage, Egg, & Gouda Strata

*Patreon exclusive content. Please do not share PDF or ingredients*

You guys really seem to love the breakfast casserole dishes, so we're back with another one!

The great thing about this recipe is that you can make adjustments to the veggies and the type of sausage to fit your preference.

Also, one way to boost the fiber content in this is to try and find a loaf of bread that is higher in fiber. I could only find regular French bread, so I was out of luck. I do plan on making more strata style dishes in the future if you guys like this one. So I will play around with different types of bread in those.

Speaking of future content....I made a delicious Honey Garlic Roasted Baby Carrots side dish that will be posted as soon as I finish the PDF and everything for it. The first of many veggie side dishes to hopefully give you some options to add to your meals :)

I subbed mushrooms for the tomatoes and added 1/2 of a red onion. It was delicious! My son really enjoyed it as well. πŸ‘

I made this yesterday and it was sooooooooooo good! Best breakfast casserole I've ever had!!!!

Does it freeze well?

it’s kinda rich and almost creamy and soft, goes well with meats, sometimes you can get it smoked too.

Get a brick and shred it?!

What does Gouda taste like? ty

Just buy a block and shred yourself, I think its pretty uncommon for it to be sold already pre-shredded :)

Im having trouble finding shredded Gouda cheese!

Has anyone seen the French toast recipe posted?

It's more than likely a connection issue. The PDFs live natively with the video, so they never go away.

To be honest I haven't looked. I will keep an eye out!

Looking for a chicken sausage without pork casing. All the ones in the stores have pork casing. Any recommendations?

This has got to be my favorite breakfast recipe of yours yet! Also it's it just me or do some of your PDFs delete themselves after a while? Or am I just going crazy?

I made this the past two weeks in a row for myself and my wife. We both loved it. Super good and super filling.

So delicious!

Absolutely delicious! I used frozen spinach and pre-cooked chicken sausage. I also had to bake it for closer to 50 minutes. I will definitely be making this again!

This is an excellent lunch! Thank you Zach!
