Gingerbread Cookie Overnight Oats

Hopefully you guys aren't burnt out on gingerbread after last week's smoothie post.
This is a tasty little overnight oats idea to help take the guess work out of breakfast.
And for anybody that doesn't like the idea of cold oatmeal, keep in mind that all of these can be eaten warm. I actually prefer my overnight oats warmed a little in the microwave.

2023-02-03 15:43:48 +0000 UTCyou can find it in most local grocery stores with the specialty butters (nutella for example). It has a cookie-like texture. I'm sure you could sub in any nut butter, just adjust the macros if you're counting them! :)
