The VMA performance is epic. YG said they prepared something special and they delivered. Also, one highlight of that performance was Taylor Swift was screaming when Blackpink’s performance was announced and she stood up together with her friends and started dancing and singing. She knows the song! And she specifically shouted the line “Look what you made us do”. Also, the girls presented a performance during the VMAs so they have active participation. They were also interviewed during the pre-awards show because they won Best Multiverse performance for Ready for Love. Then Lisa won Best K-Pop. They had the time of their lives there and were seen enjoying every bit of it. Blinks loved watching them happy!

2022-09-04 14:01:30 +0000 UTCThe camera work for Korean T.V. shows has always been iffy, which is odd, since in Kdramas, the camera work is amazing. Part of it is that Korea is so conservative - they often won't show women from the waist down if if it's "too sexy" You can see this if you watch them on a weekly show, then watch YG's version of - though you aften will see them zoom in on someone's butt. ;) - concert performance of the same song and choreo.. I saw a post that Born Pink will have a warning label for "explicit content". That's interesting. I've already noted that Jisoo and Rose' have broken out the sexy for Pink Venom. Jisoo shaking it in the booty shorts and Rose' has unleashed her hips. My only guess is that they may be going full-on Western-style music with the sexuality, lyrics, etc. Something like what you might hear from Cardi B., for instance. It should be interesting.
