Danerys is a Targaryen. Their entire MO is to make gains by making risky political moves that have a big payout. Their insanity makes them unpredictable and if I recall, most of the Kingdoms surrendered to the Targaryens when they learned just how outmatched they were.
Also this goes without saying, but if you threaten someone to not do something (like call you a bastard) and someone does it with all the confidence and none of the fear, it's probably best that you don't attack that person. Then again, I think they were going to murder Craster regardless.

Pretty much, originally the group existed to keep The White Walkers out, but they vanished until recently. Now all they do is try to keep Wildling's out, but even the wildling's barely get anyone through the wall; namely through the unmanned castles. The NW only has 3 that are manned; The Dark Tower(I think its called), Castle Black, and East watch.
6 of the 7 kingdoms rarely, if ever deal with Wildling raids and The Northern lords like the Umbers(Who are closest to the wall) have done a relatively decent job dealing with the ones who make it past the wall. Iti's usually only farmers living in remote areas that are at risk of being raided.

Margaery's plan to marry Sansa to Loras doesn't really have any hidden meanings. Varys had just talked to her grandmother saying they needed to get Sansa away from Littlefinger, so she got with Margaery to bring Sansa into their house. If the marriage goes through and Rob Stark defeated, Sansa's husband will control the Starks and the North, meaning Highgarden will control 2 of the 7 great houses as well as have the Queen pulling the King's strings. And honestly this would probably be the best outcome Sansa could hope for, as other alternatives are to remain as the King's toy or be married off to whoever he picks.
Regarding the Night's watch, the whole group has been on the decline for a while. Almost all their recruits are prisoners or criminals who had to choose between the Wall or being executed, or unwanted people like Sam. Most of the experience old guard of the Night's watch (like the Qhorin Halfhand) who actually believed in their duty died on this expedition so all the group as a whole is pretty hollowed out now.

The best part of daenerys' journey is seeing her start at rock bottom and slowly amass power and influence

While The Tyrells are making a power play with Sansa, she would benefit too; she'd be free of Joffrey and she'd have a much safer place to call home. While Loras is not into women, he'd never mistreat Sansa, likewise The Tyrells are not malevolent or cruel. Plus Varys is right to see Petyr as a threat; he's never loved anyone more than he's loved himself.
Much as I hate that Mormont died, that mutiny should have come as no surprise. Craster deserved what he got, but while its fair to root for the mutineers for killing him, the wives/daughters are probably worse off for it, because Craster, while a sick man, did not physically attack his wives/daughters; the mutineers will have no such reservations. Also, Sam running with Gilly and her son while not ideal, was the best possible move; Rast would have gladly killed Sam and Gilly would be subject to abuse by the mutineers.
To be fair to The Hound, he was not lying; he was ordered to ride Micah down because he was told Micah attacked Joffrey, which is a crime. While of course that was a lie, The Hound had no reason to question the order. If I blame anyone for that boy's death its Joffrey for lying and Cersei for enabling Joffrey's behavior.
I LOVE that Dany pretended not to understand a word the slave master said, I think there were hints with her facial expressions throughout that she was annoyed with him, but she played the long game. I also loved the look Missandei(The curly haired woman) gave the master when Dany revealed her hand.
