As a comic book artist, I work very hard to get my name out there. I work more than 12 hours per day. But if one day my babe passed away, all my effort and achievement would seem void.

They would never want you to stop living and doing for them. I had to live through so much death of young beautiful people that knew and loved and were my best friends, employers and lovers during AIDS crisis. I got through it.

2017-03-19 13:24:43 +0000 UTCI wouldn't wish it on you in a million years...however, this is the thing about art: your work, once it's out there, would never actually be void...it's already a tribute to him and you. Part of the reason I am one of your patrons is because your story feels real and you seem to put realness in your panels. Even if you lost him, what you've already done is so loving and lovely. I'm so sorry for your friend. Cancer is a fucking horrible, thieving disease.
