2023-03-06 02:26:53 +0000 UTCThe reason Aizen slashed Isshin in the back in the manga is because so he doesn’t activate bankai (we don’t know why exactly but he’s used his blood in that fight to use his firepower so a wound with that magnitude affects him presumably) since he was planning on to but they removed this in the anime along with him stealing Kiskue Urahara’s cloak that hides his spiritual pressure that he used during the turn back the pendulum arc!

2023-02-24 06:54:04 +0000 UTCRegarding Rangiku and Toshiro, Kubo answered a question that was asking if they knew about Isshin and why they didn’t interact with him, and he said that the reason why is because they figured that he found a new life and they didn’t wanna disturb him and his family and make a ruckus (also plot convenience seeing as how Ichigo would have found out about his dad being a Soul Reaper way earlier if they interacted with him in any way).

(Considering the fact that the Kurosaki and the Ishida Family are both pure bloods I guess one could argue that they could possibly be Blood related cousins as well but a marriage between Masaki and Ryuken would lead to another pure blood Quincy lineage.) I do think it's interesting how Ryuken was so dedicated to the Quincies back when he was younger but now he couldn't care less about the the Quincies. Also the manga explains that Aizen Attacked Isshin so he wouldn't use his bankai because he can't use it if he gets injured because of the Strain it takes on his body.

2023-02-23 20:26:56 +0000 UTCKubo confirmed that Toshiro and Rangiku realized that he was Ichigo's Dad when came to his house but didn't approach him/bring it up to Ichigo out of respect of Isshin. Also they have Masaki's last name because Shiba family is Kaien, Ganju, and Kukaku's family name and as a former Noble family, it's a very famous family name in the Soul Society and it would be very noticeable.
