Everyone gets this part wrong. When Denji says his heart is gone in more ways then one, he’s talking about Pochita, but he’s also talking about how his life was shit and he’s just different from other people. The devil heart didn’t change Denji’s personality, he was already extremely desensitized to life. He was making a general comparison. He knows himself pretty well and doesn’t care for things like self reflection.
