Fraud Policy
Added 2017-08-07 20:30:47 +0000 UTCHello, everyone. Marianne again, letting you know that emails have been sent, but I wanted to point out one thing.
We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to credit card fraud, so if your card has been marked for fraudulent activity, you will be blocked on this platform, and on every social media platform we're able to find you on. I didn't think something like this needed to be stated, but three transactions were marked as fraudulent this month, one of them $75.
Anyway. Don't do that.

2017-08-08 16:19:56 +0000 UTCYou definitely weren't marked, since you're seeing this post, so no worries. There are "declined" pledges, which is what that would fall under. Fraud would require you to steal someone's card#, or call your own bank to falsely report the charge as fraudulent to get your money back.
2017-08-08 16:19:36 +0000 UTCHey, don't know if this counts, but my bank switched over from Mastercard to Visa, which means my card number changed. I kind of thought I had patreon set up through paypal, not directly on my credit card, so all my pledges didn't go through first time this month. (I updated it to my new card when I realised, so it should be fine now, right?)
