Who produced Reigns vs. Cena segment?

It's worth noting that Paul Heyman has also had heavy influence over Reigns' stories, and Reigns and Cena have a significant more amount of freedom over their segments than most

Yes .. that's why I don't think they will be a faction (or at least hope not) but they all dislike Bianca and she's beaten them so this was a way of getting revenge

Thought it did an amazing job of building Banks and Belair up even more .. also loved how separately Sasha, Carmella, and Zelina all have issues with Belair so it wasn't just a thrown together faction .. great job!
