Chill Mix - Identity Music Themes
Added 2019-12-22 21:42:46 +0000 UTCChristmas is right around the corner, so what better way to celebrate this holiday than to sit back and relax... with a chill mix! Here's a preview/showcase of some of the more relaxing and laidback themes our musician Sampling Kid has been working on for the Identity OST.
Some of the melodies presented here are already a part of the game builds, while others are yet to be implemented. The songs are, in order:
1. "Gain Boy Color" - A chiptune / lofi / trap fusion aiming to play in some hotel rooms and other locations.
2. "Azorins Theme" - A jazz- / piano-focused song that plays only during Azorin's appearance in some scenes.
3. "Luke Warm" - A mood theme, a more chill but uplifting song to play durring certain scenes.
4. "Jazz'n" - The regular bar theme. A lofi beat whose quality is influenced by early computer games.
5. "Tension Tamer" - A lofi electric piano song, that plays during the V.I.P. bar segments.
6. "Lucid State Dreamer" - A Psychedelic, lofi influenced beat that plays during ??? (it's a secret!).
7. "Evening Walk" - An acoustic piece which will mostly play during nature based scenes.
While the previous theme mix was heavily influenced by the 90's period, this one is more modern in design. The soundtrack itself will be incredibly diverse and expressive.
As a side note, the sounds for the first in-game day are nearly complete, and Sampling Kid is working on adjusting the SFX volume levels to be equal with the rest of the soundtrack.
