Sometimes G-Drive screws up zipping the files. You can download the folders individually and it should work fine :)

Hey there you might have to check the files themselves in the G-Drive. Sometimes Google won't zip everything if you download the whole folder at once. The rest of the files are definitely there though :)

I'm having an issue with the presupported Xandir. The supports are really hard to remove. All the other ones I had no issues with. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hey there, thanks for pointing that out. That's actually an error in the group render, and it should be the model Silus instead. Will get that fixed up. That model is called Sycamore if you wanted him specifically. He's on our MMF and website stores :)

Hi Dominik, with a new month all the files get migrated to a new folder. Recheck the links above again as you'll see they're for April now.

Unpacked folder named "Character Models" has 7.27 GB. That link to google drive (https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1Y-nPZ222-nry3HaPT-JQhAXnriHEynBu) seems to be empty now.

What is the file size for those models? Also if you let me know I can test and isolate it on my end if you tell me which models specifically :)

It's bizarre, when I look into each folder in the link to google drive it's all fine (every folder contains .zip with stl files). But when I download it and unzip it, couple of them have only .jpg. Might be an issue on my side tho.

Which folders specifically? Something may have changed with permissions when I made a new folder. I've just gone through and checked and it seems ok at a glance

You can email us on dm@dmstash.com I just checked in incognito mode and I can see all the folders of the models in the Google Drive folder. Shoot us an email of the steps you've gone through with screenshots and I'm happy to help out.

The welcome stash post above has url links in the text that are bolded and underlined. Just click [FOLDER LINK] The campaign post is only accessible to champ tiers. You can still download the models through the STL post :)

I had the same problem...when you get to the screen where it shows the unsupported folder, click the Download button in the top right of the screen...hope that helps... ;)

Hi There, I am new and having issues getting the welcome campaign. I unzipped it, but when I go to the folder look at it, it crashes all my folders. I don't have an issue with opening campaign 7. Could there be an issue with the file? Thanks!
