Added 2019-02-03 00:31:02 +0000 UTCWhen you sign up make sure the right tier is picked, Patreon seems to change it when click the NOT SO ARMY tier. Double check once you click on the tier and edit it if it's the wrong one. Hope this helps people from signing up to the wrong tier.

We don't know why and we wish we could help but patreon have full control over that and we can't do anything except suggest to wait it out. Again were so sorry, and hope patreon finish up processing payments.

2019-02-03 12:42:44 +0000 UTCSo are the videos locked or are they just not there? Because we've heard that some people have signed up to the YG tier when trying to sign up for the Army tier. If no videos show up that's a different problem, although patreon has had problems in the past days processing payments and they're still being processed at the moment. For us it shows you're still pledged to the old tier, so I would say maybe wait a little while longer. I'm sorry and I wish we could do more but the problem is on patreons end. We'll let you know when patreon supposedly finishes up processing payments so that you could check to see if it works then.

I tried signing out and signing in again and it still is the same. And it has been two days already. It does not allow me to edit my payment or do anything else. Any idea what can be done?

If that doesn't work try un-signing up and sign up again for the Not So Army tier. I hope that works and if it charges you twice for it, just let us know.

I tried to change over to the Not so Army tier last night but it kept saying system error when i hit payment, and my paypal's still not charged for February. However on you guys' main page it does say that I currently am in the tier already (videos are still locked). Is this a glitch? I really wanna watch the movie reaction T.T
