"e-thots NTR" FREE + Tiers update

I decided to make "e-thots NTR" available for free.

It's been exclusive to Tier 1 since December, but now that it's been a few months I want more people to be able to experience it.
I don't intend to patch the game, so if you encounter some issues, I'm sorry. But I have tested it and it should work from beginning to end.
I also changed the tiers on both Patreon and FANBOX.
For the foreseeable future, there will only be a single tier. I've deleted Tier 2, but I'll reintroduce it later, once I'm a more prolific content creator.
I am grateful to those who have already supported me financially. Right now, I do this during my free time, but I hope to be able to do it full-time in the years to come.
There's a lot I want to talk to you about my plans for the future, but I don't want to overwhelm you with updates.
